Barovier&Toso, partner of the exhibition "From the Heart to the Hands", arriving at the Grand Palais in Paris starting January 10.

Following the success achieved in Milan at Palazzo Reale, the exhibition "From the Heart to the Hands", which celebrates the creative process of Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana, will make a stop at the Grand Palais in Paris. Barovier&Toso is proud to announce its participation as a partner in this extraordinary exhibition that showcases the excellence of Italian craftsmanship. The event will open to the public on January 10, 2025, and will continue until March 31 of the same year.

Barovier&Toso will illuminate the halls of the Grand Palais with 17 iconic works, including chandeliers and pendant lights, installed to enhance the unique creations of Dolce&Gabbana, creating a perfect balance between fashion and art and offering visitors an immersive experience of luxury and artisanal tradition.

Among these, the majestic chandelier 4607 stands out, adorned with multicolored glass paste flowers that highlight artisanal refinement, along with the elegant Agadir chandelier, inspired by the spiral craftsmanship typical of the Moroccan city of the same name. The Venezia 1295 chandelier, with its crystal and gold finish, represents seven hundred years of Murano history and is embellished with the famous "rostrato" technique, invented by Ercole Barovier. The iconic Taif chandelier, in its 12-light version, designed by Angelo Barovier in 1980 for the residence of the Saudi king, adds another touch of magnificence to the display. To complete the lighting of the area dedicated to the tailoring workshop, six Robin pendant lights, also in a refined gold hue, have been selected.

The exhibition, curated by Florence Müller with set designs by Agence Galuchat and produced by Img, will guide the French public on a journey to discover the deep connection between Dolce&Gabbana and Italian cultural heritage. Barovier&Toso, with its centuries-old art of blown glass, will accompany this narrative, celebrating the craftsmanship and excellence of the "handmade" that distinguishes both maisons.
