As the Salone del Mobile 2025 approached, Midsummer Milano opened its doors to reveal what truly defines the brand: a dedication to natural well-being, Italian craftsmanship, and a more conscious approach to rest and living.
For this edition, the company unveiled two new bed systems, entirely handmade in Italy, upholstered with the latest Loro Piana Interiors fabric collections, and padded on the summer side with Orange Fiber—an innovative and sustainable material derived from Sicilian orange peels.
FLORA
Flora features a topper upholstered in Loro Piana’s Cardi fabric and a boxspring covered in their wool/cashmere bouclé Wish. It evokes classic elegance while remaining distinctly contemporary.
BELLINI
Bellini features a tapered boxspring that gives it a light appearance, despite being a true boxspring with springs and wool padding.
It is upholstered in Loro Piana's Wish bouclé fabric and is available in a wide range of textiles.
Orange Fiber not only represented the future of eco-design; it also embodied Midsummer Milano’s mission to create products that are kind to the planet and generous in comfort.
Understanding that sleep is not only about softness, the brand also partnered with La Strega del Castello, an ancient botanical pharmacy based in Genoa, to develop two natural fragrances:
Lavanda Barocca – to calm and soothe before sleep
Agrumi di Sicilia – to awaken the senses with the lightness of the Mediterranean
